La semana pasada recibimos una demanda, en la que el sindicato BUB reclama a los miembros del Comité presentes en la reunión del 6 de abril, excepto al representante independiente, una indemnización de 6.250€ para el sindicato y otra de entre 25.001€ y 100.005€ para el tránsfuga y expresidente del Comité, por la persecución, repercusión social y mental y el desprestigio personal, que afirman le supuso una baja de larga duración.
En la demanda nos acusan de confabular para sustituir ilegalmente de su cargo al anterior Presidente del Comité, que en su momento fue elegido representando las siglas de UGT y ahora defiende las del BUB. Para BUB que la mayoría del Comité vote su remoción, por una evidente dejación de funciones es ilegal, para SITB-USO se trata de coherencia y democracia.
Los sindicatos estamos para defender y mejorar los derechos de los trabajadores. Pero aquellos que ya lleváis unos años en fábrica y conocéis la trayectoria de los dirigentes de ese sindicato y su forma de trabajar, ya nada os va a sorprender. Por todos es sabido que siempre anteponen sus intereses particulares, o los de unos pocos, a los de toda la plantilla, como se demostró con la sentencia ganada por nuestro compañero Fontaneda, que evidenció cómo es esta gente y para quien trabajan, o lo ocurrido con la flexibilidad de 2015, donde el BUB hizo contra huelga, intentando que los trabajadores no salieran a la calle a defender lo que ahora se ha demostrado que sí se podía ganar, para más tarde hacerle otro favor a la Empresa, convenciendo a la práctica totalidad de su afiliación de la necesidad de coger un acuerdo a la baja, o el Artículo 147 donde solo se ha dedicado a poner trabas, en vez de luchar para intentar acabar con esta doble escala salarial y que toda la plantilla pueda cobrar el primer quinquenio de antigüedad, o el calendario de 4º Turno Reforzado que jamás firmarían por respeto a la decisión de las Asambleas Generales, o la subida de los precios del comedor…
Resulta evidente que en cuanto tienen que posicionarse o del lado de la Empresa o del de los trabajadores, siempre lo hacen del primero, estando en todo momento a disposición de la misma a cambio de conseguir sus intereses particulares, favor con favor se paga.
En la demanda se aprecia con claridad, que la intención del BUB no es otra que la de presentarse como victimas, pero lo cierto es que existían motivos sobrados para esta sustitución. No convocó al Comité pese a ser solicitado en varias ocasiones por distintos miembros, no acudió al juicio, por una demanda presentada por SITB-USO, al que estaba citado para representar al Comité y tampoco convocó al pleno del Comité, cuando la Empresa abrió un expediente sancionador a Fontaneda. Casualmente unos meses más tarde recaló en las filas del BUB.
Todas estas decisiones únicamente benefician a la Empresa, que es para quien este sindicato trabaja de verdad. Lo cierto es que el expresidente del Comité era perfecto conocedor de las consecuencias, cuando tomó la decisión de unir su camino al del BUB y por lo tanto el único culpable es aquel que le convenció de que mantendría su puesto representando a su nuevo sindicato.
Cualquiera entiende que si te presentas por un sindicato y luego te vas a otro, lo lógico es que no puedas ni debas continuar, en los puestos en los que has sido elegido en representación de ese sindicato. Otra cosa es que el propósito sea una vez más, echarle una mano a la Empresa intentando dividir al Comité y de paso enriquecerse por unos daños morales de dudosa credibilidad.
