Pero lo IMPORTANTE ES QUE:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SEGUIMOS PERDIENDO PODER ADQUISITIVO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2021:<\/strong> SUBIDA DEL 0%\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>2022:<\/strong> SUBIDA DEL 3,5%\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>2023:<\/strong> SUBIDA M\u00c1XIMA DEL 3%<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A CAMBIO LA EMPRESA SACA ADELANTE SUS PUNTOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MANTENIMIENTO AUT\u00d3NOMO y NUEVO SISTEMA DE PRIMAS<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CONCLUSI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El pasado mes de enero todas las secciones sindicales acordamos reivindicar juntas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Garantizar el poder adquisitivo\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<li>Reducir la jornada,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<li>Limitar la eventualidad,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<li>Mejorar la flexibilidad,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<li>Un plan de prejubilaciones,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<li>Recuperar la antig\u00fcedad,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 TODAV\u00cdA NO SE HA CONSEGUIDO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>POR TANTO PARA EL TRABAJADOR, NADA DE NADA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si el lunes la Empresa no presenta una propuesta que se ajuste a la realidad que vive la plantilla, aunque suelte alguna migaja m\u00e1s,\u00a0<b>ser\u00e1 un fracaso para todos los trabajadores.\u00a0<\/b>Si en este momento en el que a la Empresa la va muy bien, no recuperamos lo perdido, ni mejoramos nuestro poder adquisitivo, <b>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo lo haremos?.\u00a0<\/b>Nadie deber\u00eda conformarse con poco m\u00e1s de lo que la Empresa nos ofrece hoy.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>SITB nos parece lamentable esta oferta de la Empresa<\/strong>. Una subida irrisoria en comparaci\u00f3n con lo que nos ha subido la electricidad, la gasolina, el gas o la cesta de la compra, a cambio de continuar empeorando nuestras condiciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SITB HA SOLICITADO AL RESTO DE SINDICATOS EMPEZAR A TRABAJAR, ASUMIENDO QUE LAS MOVILIZACIONES SON LA \u00daNICA SOLUCI\u00d3N QUE ENTIENDE LA EMPRESA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ABOGAMOS POR LA UNIDAD SINDICAL,\u00a0 LA LUCHA POR NUESTRO FUTURO Y EL RESPETO A LA PLANTILLA<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOY MILONGAS En la ma\u00f1ana de hoy nos ha sorprendido el desarrollo de una reuni\u00f3n, en la que la Empresa, UGT, CCOO y BUB han asumido un m\u00ednimo avance en la negociaci\u00f3n.
